Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey) Orders are delivered via our contracted cargo carriers. Delivery takes 1-3 business days after shipment.

• Free shipping on orders over 1.000 TL.
• Shipping fees for orders below 1.000 TL are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping International orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5-10 business days.

• Free shipping on orders over 30 EUR.
• Shipping fees for orders below 30 EUR are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
